Saints in Fort Myers Update:
Thursday 7pm
Brothers,
We were able to communicate with most of the saints and thanks to the Lord all the saints are okay and safe.
Thank you for all the prayers of the Body, we have been able to testify that through the prayers of the Body, the Lord’s hand prevailed and kept all the saints protected and safe.
This storm has caused catastrophic damage to all the Fort Myers area and surroundings. It’s only by the Lord’s mercy and grace that all the saints are okay and safe. Some of the houses of the saints experienced some flooding and partial roof damage but considering the magnitude of this storm, the damage to the saint’s homes are not as bad as they could have been.
Almost all the saints are still without electricity but some phone connections are being restored slowly.
The saints are thankful to the Lord and all your intercessions. Thank you saints.
Tonight the saints are reading together Acts 27 with the footnotes in their homes and sharing their enjoyment with the ones around them. A brother encouraged us with his portion from that chapter when the apostle Paul declares, “Therefore cheer up man that I believe God…”. Saints, we believe that God is able to keep us in the midst of any storm for the sake of his building.
The brothers in Fort Myers are fellowshipping and finding the best way on how the saints may be able to enjoy the Lord’s table meeting this upcoming lord’s days. our meeting facility will be used as a shelter for some time. As well there is no internet for any zoom meetings. We are fellowshipping to encourage the saints to gather together who are close to each other. Even through all these limitations, the saints are joyful and continuing to encourage one another. Praise Him!!
Please feel free to forward this message to any saints who are of concern.
Praise Him!
