2020 Philippine Semestral Break College-Age Conference

Announcement

To the saints and churches of the Philippines,

We would like to announce and fellowship concerning the upcoming “2020 Philippine Semestral Break College-Age Conference” scheduled this October 31 to November 2, 2020. This will be open to all senior high to college age young people. The registration for this conference is free. However, we will have a firm deadline of registrations on October 19, 2020.

We hope and pray that we all would take this opportunity to have our young people equipped and nourished with the words of life from the ministry and be blended with all the young people in the whole country for the building up of His one Body.

Registration

Young people are strongly encouraged to register through their serving ones in the locality or as a group to ensure that the conference materials and links can be delivered to them with ease. Moreover, multiple participants who will be using one (1) device / Zoom account during the conference are required to register as a group. For those who are unable to register in a group, they may do so using the Individual Registration Form.

Group Registration (Recommended)

Group registration may also be by cluster, province, region, etc. to help accommodate smaller and remote churches.

Group registration submissions must be in Excel format (.xlsx). No other formats will be accepted.
All Group Registration forms should be sent via email using the following details:

Subject: 2020 PSBCC – <Locality/Province/Region> – <Sender Name>
Recipient: ypworkph@gmail.com

If there are additional registrants or changes to the list of registrants, the sender must resend the entire form with a clear indication of the changes made.

Individual Registration

This is only applicable for one (1) participant using one (1) device / Zoom account during the conference proper. Multiple participants using one device must register using the Group Registration Form (please refer to section A).

For technical reasons, individual registrants must use a valid Google email address (i.e. with a suffix containing “@gmail.com”), to ensure that the conference materials and links can be sent to their email successfully.

All registrations must use the official forms provided by the PSCC serving ones. No other formats will be accepted. Registrations through text messages, chats, personal messages, or hard copies will not be accepted.

Deadline for Registrations: October 19, 2020. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Zoom link including the message outlines and conference guidelines will be sent on October 29, 2020.
