We have obtained the title and are studying the options of remodeling or rebuilding. According to the study of some saints in Mexico City who are architects and builders, we found out that it is more advantageous to rebuild. Please look at the following comparison:

At this time, we still have approximately $700,000 in our building fund, which is sufficient for us to get started with professional fees, permits, taxes, small utility bills, etc.
We have one family living in the apartment of the building to guard the building.
