Concerning churches in the USA sending funds outside the US

Most of the churches in Mexico are using personal accounts for church finances because most of the local churches are not registered and it is hard for them to register. The Mexico tax office is cracking down on such illegal practices and will make everything strictly according to the law as of 1/1/2015. The individuals will be responsible for paying taxes and there is always a possibility of losing the money of the churches. We have a proper entity before the Mexican government to receive and use donations: Las Iglesias Locales en Mexico AR. AR stands for religious association which is similar to church in the USA. The training center, many local churches, radio work, and the campus teams are under such covering. This AR does not control the local churches but is an umbrella before the government for the Lord’s recovery in Mexico to hold properties and to receive and disburse offerings. The other AR we have is for the church in Queretaro.

This information should be made known to the churches in the USA so that they do not make a mistake in sending money to the personal accounts not recognized in both the USA and Mexico.
