Lord’s day meeting in Stillwater,OK
February 9, 2013Stillwater, OKOn Thursday (2/7) we continued with the table, but the Lord has blessed us with more appointments, so we also spent a lot of time in those. In the evening we went to Norman, OK, to join the OU and OCCC students for the college meeting. It was a sweet time of blending and enjoying the Lord together. Three trainees also had the opportunity to share their testimonies with the college students.
On Friday (2/8) we still had a table, but most of our time was spent in appointments with students and preparing for the Welcome Dinner later that night. Over 20 new ones came, and many local saints from Edmond and the nearby localities came to support. There was singing, testimonies from students, and some sharing from Matthew 26 on Mary pouring out her love offering upon the Lord. Afterwards, many local saints were able to make connections with the new students over dinner.
