Toronto FIFA World Cup 2026 Bible Distribution and Gospel Outreach Application Form

Dear saints,

Thank you for your prayer and consideration for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Toronto. Please fill out this form to apply. You will then be contacted once your application is approved. Please note that you do not need to know how to speak English to participate. Please read through carefully the information below:

Outreach Periods
P1: June 11 – 13 (Thursday – Saturday)
P2: June 15 – 17 (Monday – Wednesday)
P3: June 18 – 20 (Thursday – Saturday)
P4: June 22 – 24 (Monday – Wednesday)
P5: June 25 – 27 (Thursday – Saturday)
P6: July 1 – 3 (Wednesday – Friday)
*Out of Town saints must be available to participate for the entire duration of a period (3 days). Please be prepared to arrive the evening before the start date and to depart the morning after the end date.
*GTA saints must be available to participate for at least one full day (9:00 AM-4:30 PM).
Daily Schedule (Suggested)
Time & Activity
09:00–10:00 AM  Prayer, fellowship, coordination
10:00–11:00 AM  Travel to assigned locations & setup
11:00 AM –03:00 PM  Bible distribution & gospel outreach (with staggered lunch breaks)
03:00–04:30 PM  Return, debrief, reports
04:30–06:30 PM  Rest
06:30–09:30 PM  Home meetings & blending with local saints
Requirements
  • Minimum age to apply: 18 years old. If you are planning to have your family travel with you while you are participating in the gospel outreach, please be aware that you are responsible to take care of them.
  • Participants from the Greater Toronto Area must participate at least one full day (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at a time and must sign up with the form.
  • Participants must attend the orientation session & training before the event.
  • Participants are responsible for their travels to Toronto, and possible meal expenses.
Lodging
Hospitality is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum hospitality capacity is reached, participants will need to arrange and cover their own lodging costs.
 
Registration Cost
Out of town saints: $75 per period (3 days)
GTA saints: no payment required
 
Practical Services
There is also a need for the GTA saints to serve in some practical services (eg. meal preparation & clean up, transportation, and Bible packing, opening homes for meals, etc.). You may sign up to serve using this same form.
Deadline
  • Register and submit the registration fee by Saturday, February 28, 2026.

福音行动时间 
P1：6月11日至13日（周四至周六)
P2：6月15日至17日（周一至周三） 
P3：6月18日至20日（周四至周六） 
P4：6月22日至24日（周一至周三） 
P5：6月25日至27日（周四至周六） 
P6：7月1日至3日（周三至周五） 
 
*外地圣徒必须全程参与（3天）。请预备在福音行动开始日期的前一晚抵达，并在结束日期后的早上离开。
*GTA 圣徒必须至少能参加一整天（上午 9:00 至下午 4:30）。

09:00–10:00 AM  祷告、交通、配搭
10:00–11:00 AM  前往指定地点并设置准备
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM  分发圣经和福音开展（午餐时间错开）
03:00–04:30 PM  返回、总结汇报
04:30–06:30 PM  休息
06:30–09:30 PM  小排聚会及与当地圣徒相调
申请要求

  • 最低申请年龄：18岁。如果您计划携带家人一同参加福音行动，请您务必负责照顾他们。
  • 大多伦多地区的参与者每次必须至少参加一整天（上午9:00至下午4:30），并需填写报名表。
  • 参与者必须在福音行动开始前参加说明会和培训。
  • 参与者需自行承担前往多伦多的交通费用以及福音行动期间可需的餐费。
住宿
接待名额有限，将与报名顺序优先安排。一旦达满总接待空间，参与者需自行安排并承担住宿费用。

外地圣徒: 每期(3天) $75

为着此福音行动, 需要大多伦多地区的圣徒來服事（例如：准备和清理餐食、交通接送、圣经打包、开家提供外地圣徒晚餐相调）。您可以使用此表格报名参加服事。
截止日期
请于2026年2月28日（星期六）前完成注册并缴交注册费。
