Dear brothers and sisters, peace in the Lord,
For the benefit of the saints’ spiritual lives, to maintain the pure testimony of the church and to preserve the fellowship of the oneness of the Body of Christ. In the light of the reality of the kingdom of God in today’s church life and of the Lord’s return, we would like to fellowship with you concerning the following points:

Saints should make every effort to avoid lending or borrowing money, soliciting donations, or fundraising among themselves. Practical care among the saints should be done in secret, preferably transferred through the church’s offering box.

Among the saints, especially the serving ones, such as elders, full-timers, and their spouses, none should take advantage of the saints’ trust in them, nor should they, in the name of assisting the saints, solicit business, encourage investments, or purchase financial contracts, etc. “The self-control required of an overseer is entirely a matter of life”; to go beyond this limit is to have lost the qualification for service (1 Tim. 6:3).

Among the saints, especially on online social media platforms, do not engage in or promote multi-level marketing to avoid disrupting harmony.

The financial statements of each meeting hall should be announced monthly and reported to all in the meetings. The ones who open the offering box must be designated by the elders and be served by designated persons, with the keys kept by designated persons. Two or three brothers managing this matter must open the box immediately after the meeting, and after opening it, count the money, record it by category, and sign. After signing, it should be handed over to the meeting hall’s financial serving ones. Personal offerings must be transferred by the responsible brothers (the one transferring must sign).

Furthermore, concerning politics. According to the Bible, we need to pray for our country and political leaders, while respecting each person’s related speech and activities outside of the church life. However, in all kinds of church meetings and on the saints’ online social media platforms, do not engage in any political activities or express political stances, so as to avoid creating discord and opposition.

Ministry Message Abstract:
Paul… quoted the word of the Lord Jesus, saying, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). Our attitude should be that we love to give more than to receive. First Timothy 6:8-10 says, “But having nourishment and covering, with these we shall be content. But those who want to be rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires, which plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all evil, and some, longing for it, have been led astray from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” We do not love money but are content with having food and clothing. Verses 17-19 continue, “Charge those who are rich in this present age not to be high-minded, nor to set their hope on the uncertainty of riches but on God, who affords us all things richly for our enjoyment; to do good, to be rich in good works, to be ready to distribute, willing to communicate, laying away for themselves a good foundation as a treasure for the future, that they may lay hold on that which is really life.” Finally, we read the first half of Romans 12:13: “Communicating to the needs of the saints.” This means that whenever there is a need among the saints and we have the means to give, we should do so. We must all hold such an attitude toward wealth.

亲爱的弟兄姊妹，主内平安，
为着圣徒属灵生命的益处，维护召会纯正的见证并保守基督身体一的交通。愿在今天的召会生活是神国的实际与主回来的光中，兹就以下几点与您们有交通：
一 圣徒之间应极力避免金钱借贷、劝募、集资等；圣徒当中实际的照顾，该在隐秘中，经由召会奉献箱代转为宜。
二 圣徒间，特别是服事者，如，长老、全时间者、及其配偶等，皆不当利用圣徒对其之信托，或以协助圣徒为名，拉拢生意、鼓励投资、置买理财契约，等。“所求于监督的自制，完全是生命的事”；逾越此限，实已失丧事奉的资格（提前六3。）
三 在圣徒当中，特别是网络社群平台，切勿从事或推动传销，避免破坏和谐。
四 各会所财务报表应按月公告，并于聚会中向众人报告。开奉献箱的人，须由长老指定，专人服事，钥匙由专人保管；两三位管理这事的弟兄须于聚会后立即开箱，开完奉献箱，点数、依项目登录、签字；签字后即缴交会所财务服事者。个人包需由负责弟兄转会（转会者须签字）。
五 此外，关乎政治。按着圣经，我们需要为国家及政治领袖祷告；同时尊重各人于召会生活外之相关言论与活动。惟在各类召会聚会中及圣徒间的网络社群平台，切勿从事任何政治相关活动或发表政治立场，免生嫌隙与对立。

保罗…引用主耶稣的话说，“施比受更为有福。”（徒二十 35。）我们的态度该是，我们喜爱施与更甚于接受。提前六章八至十节说，‘只要有养生与遮身之物，就当以此为足。但那些想要发财的人，就陷在试诱、网罗、和许多无知有害的私欲里，叫人沉溺在败坏和灭亡中。因为贪财是万恶之根，有人贪恋钱财，就受迷惑，离弃了信仰，用许多苦痛把自己刺透了。’我们不是贪爱钱财，乃是有衣有食就以此为足。十七至十九节继续说，‘你要嘱咐那些今世富足的人，不要心思高傲，也不要寄望于无定的钱财，只要寄望于那将百物丰富的供给给我们享受的神；又要嘱咐他们行善，在善事上富足，甘心分授，乐意与人同享，为着将来，替自己积存美好的根基作宝藏，叫他们持定那真实的生命。’最后，我们读罗马十二章十三节上半：“在圣徒缺乏上要有交通。”这意思是每当圣徒中有需要，我们就有能力给出去，我们应当这样作。我们都必须对财富持这样的态度。
