【Urgent Announcement】For Intercession and Donations for the Church in Guangfu Township, Hualien County, and Approximately 30 Households of Saints Affected by the Disaster

To all the churches and all the saints throughout Taiwan, peace in the Lord!

Recently, due to the torrential rains from Typhoon Hualien, the barrier lake on the Mata’an River in Guangfu Township, Hualien County, overflowed, causing severe flooding in the township. Not only were the facilities of the local church’s meeting hall damaged, but the homes of approximately thirty households of saints were also inundated by the floodwaters, resulting in severe property damage. Their daily lives and meetings are facing significant impact.

“Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)

At this moment, the brothers and sisters in Guangfu Township are in urgent need of our support within the Body of Christ. We deeply feel that we should weep with those who weep and show the mutual care among the members with practical actions. For this reason, the responsible brothers of the church in Hualien City are issuing a threefold appeal:

Earnest Intercession: Please remember the needs of the church in Guangfu Township and the affected saints in your prayers. Pray that the Lord Himself would comfort their hearts, be their timely help and supply, and preserve the subsequent cleanup and rebuilding process, so that in their hardship they may more deeply experience the riches of the Lord’s grace and witness the support and warmth of the Body of Christ.
Disaster Relief Donations: To assist with the repairs of the church in Guangfu Township and to help the families of the affected saints return to their normal lives, we have set up a special donation account. The initial estimate for the overall reconstruction, including the meeting hall repairs and the restoration of the saints’ homes, is approximately NT$5,000,000. We invite all the saints to give freely in prayer, according to the Lord’s leading. Your donation will be the most timely and warmest support for the brothers and sisters.

【紧急通启】为花莲县光复乡召会及约30户受灾圣徒之代祷与奉献

全台众召会、众圣徒，主内平安！

近日因桦加沙台风豪雨侵袭，在花莲县光复乡马太鞍溪堰塞湖溢流，造成光复乡淹水受灾严重，不仅当地召会聚会所设施受损，更有约三十户圣徒的家园遭受洪水侵袭，财物损失惨重，日常生活与聚会都面临极大影响。

“你们的重担要彼此担当，这样就完全满足了基督的律法。”（加拉太书 6:2）

此刻，光复乡的弟兄姊妹们迫切需要我们在基督身体里的扶持。我们深感应当与哀哭的人同哀哭，以实际的行动显出肢体间的彼此相顾。为此，花莲市召会负责弟兄们在此发出三项呼吁：

一、 切切代祷：请众圣徒为光复乡召会与受灾圣徒的需要放在祷告中记念。求主亲自安慰他们的心，作他们即时的帮助与供应，并保守后续的清理与重建过程，使他们在患难中更深经历主恩的丰盛，见证基督身体的扶持与温暖。

二、 受灾奉献：为协助光复乡召会修缮，并扶助受灾圣徒家庭恢复正常生活，我们已设立专项奉献帐户。此次整体重建，包含会所修缮及圣徒们家园的恢复，初步估计约需500万元的经费负担。邀请众圣徒在祷告中凭着主的感动，自由摆上。您的奉献都将成为弟兄姊妹最即时、最温暖的支持。
