Before the start of the official torch relay and Olympics trips, three gospel trips took place in Lille from 8 April to 8 June. Saints from Lille, France, and Brussels, Belgium, joined those gospel teams. Families living in Lille and the surrounding area meet in Brussels each Lord’s Day. The church has not yet been established in Lille, but the expectation is that through the coming gospel trips the Lord will do something marvelous to raise up His testimony in this city!
July 22 marked the beginning of 50 days of continuous Bible distributions and contacting people with the good news during the 2024 Olympic Games. We expect that the day-by-day and house-to-house church life among the local and visiting saints will open the way for the Lord to add to the churches, raising up new districts and new lampstands. As you read these reports may your praying spirit be strong to stand with the Lord in what He is doing among the French-speaking people. This is an abridged report from all the positive testimonies that are coming in. Each of the following is from a different team.
Throughout our publications, we use Jehovah to refer to God’s name in the Old Testament, which occurs over 6800 times. Our decision to use Jehovah is not without careful consideration, since the name Jehovah has been largely rejected as the proper pronunciation of the name among Jews and Christians. However, using Jehovah as the proper name for God clearly distinguishes the name from other designations for God and directs people toward the deeper and intrinsic significance of the name.

Absolute for the Truth
Every worker of the Lord must uphold the absoluteness of the truth. This is possible only when a man is delivered from himself.
Fight the Good Fight
First Timothy 6:12a says, “Fight the good fight of the faith.” To fight for the faith means to fight for God’s New Testament economy. In particular, it is to fight for Christ as the embodiment of God and for the church as the Body of Christ.
