Sowing in Tears, Reaping in Joy: Saints Unite in Triumphant Song
Fengshan Team: The Gold, Silver, and Precious Stones
From April 23rd to 28th, 2024, a group of gospel ambassadors, equipped with the “Three Treasures of the Road” – the “Short Talks on Life’s Mysteries” cards, gospel tracts, and invitations to the Children’s Character Camp – traversed the streets and alleys of Zhenbei Village in Fengshan District. Despite the continuous heavy rain, their passion for the gospel remained undeterred. They diligently visited people, sharing the message and leading them in prayer and calling upon the name of the Lord. They visited elementary and kindergarten entrances, inviting parents to bring their children to the “Children’s and Toddlers’ Meetings” to find a home among young people. They also used Taiwanese Hokkien hymns to reach out to the elderly, singing of the Savior Jesus.
Thanks be to the Lord! We have fought the good fight and finished the race. “Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy” (Psalm 126:5). We achieved our goal of establishing the fifth district in the Zhongshan Mega-district. During the joyful Lord’s Day gathering, praise filled the air, testimonies touched hearts, and three families with young children were gained. On Friday evenings at 8:00 PM or Saturday afternoons at 4:00 PM, a total of seven families brought their children to participate in the gatherings, and seven gospel friends were baptized. More than 20 individuals have called upon the name of the Lord but are yet to be baptized.
This outreach allowed us to experience the Lord’s wondrous guidance and blessings, as He brought forth something from nothing. The young parents who were gained by the Lord came through united prayer, while some of the baptized friends had been contacted for years but hesitated to be baptized, finally breaking through by the Holy Spirit’s touch. At the same time, through our coordination, the saints’ spirit for the gospel was ignited and burned brightly. For this, we offer praise and thanksgiving. Glory be to God, Hallelujah! (Liu Jiaxiong)
Sanduo Team: The Gospel Outreach Team
Thank the Lord for granting us a week-long gospel outreach. These five intensive days allowed our entire team to fully experience the strengthening of the Spirit, particularly during the concentrated prayer ministry meeting on Tuesday evening, which provided us with physical support and supply, filling us with power. We wrote the visitation list on the blackboard for intercession and arranged time for visits. Throughout the process, we were able to cooperate with the needs of the local saints, using all kinds of wisdom to strive to bring people to Christ. Below is a summary of the grace we received during our team’s outreach:
Becoming Vital People First, Then Taking Vital Actions: Through daily morning revival, prayer, and group pursuit, the team members first gathered for morning revival at the Xinsheng Street meeting hall, reading and praying over the verses and outlines, and then reading the message content together. This filled them with the Spirit. Then, they went to the Tongqing Road meeting hall for fellowship and were assigned by the co-training team to go out with the saints for visitation. They also distributed tracts near the meeting hall, inviting those who responded positively to attend the gospel meeting on Saturday. Before the Saturday gospel meeting, everyone was burdened, even forgetting to eat dinner as they prepared gospel messages.
Coordinating with Local Saints, Participating in the Outreach Together: In the matters of the gospel, we cooperated with the local saints. Due to the need to travel between our accommodations and the outreach area, local saints took turns driving us back and forth. We are also grateful to the brothers and sisters from the Sanduo, Zhongzheng, and Wenhua Mega-districts who joined us in this week of practical outreach. From the formation of our team, through regular prayer and prayer by name, they supported and helped us. Every day, they were one with us in heart and mind, fighting alongside us. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
Outreach Deepens Daily Training and Practice: Although we have all been perfected in how to preach the gospel, in actual experience, we may still need help from the co-training team due to our lack of experience. Perhaps after being rejected a few times, we become discouraged. Through this experience, we learned to not rely on ourselves but on the Lord during the gospel meetings, applying our daily training in practice. On Saturday evening, the local saints led the singing at the gospel meeting, followed by four sisters sharing testimonies of grace, and finally, the team leader gave a short gospel message, and I gave the call to be baptized. Those who stayed behind after the meeting received fellowship together. Although no one was baptized, everyone was filled with joy, giving glory to God.
Conclusion: Thank the Lord, during this outreach, 54 instances of saints’ coordination occurred, 5 gospel contacts were recorded, 4 individuals were baptized, and 6 were shepherded. Although the number of saved individuals did not reach the predetermined goal, everyone experienced the coordination of the Body and the burden for the gospel. Finally, the gospel contacts were transferred to the local church for continued contact and visitation. Just as 1 Corinthians 3:6 says, “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.” May all glory be to God. (Liao Naiwei)
Xinpi Team
We praise the Lord for His propagation in Xinpi Township, Pingtung County, from April 23rd to 28th. Before the trainees from the Full-time Training Class came to strengthen the propagation, there were already 20 saints and familiar friends on the list. During the five days of propagation, a total of 262 instances of saints’ coordination occurred. We accumulated a list of 93 gospel contacts, among whom 7 are open to continuing gospel home meetings, 5 were baptized, and a total of 20 were shepherded. In the end, 9 local saints and gospel friends participated in the Lord’s Day meeting in Xinpi.
The main points of grace received are:
Saints Testifying to Christ’s Victory: Brothers and sisters testified that during the propagation, they experienced that the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly but divinely powerful for the demolition of strongholds.
Coordination of the Churches in One Accord: Churches in Kaohsiung, Pingtung, Chaozhou, Neipu, and Linluo, regardless of the distance, came to preach the gospel and shepherd people from door to door. Among them were brothers and sisters who had been preaching the gospel and shepherding people in Xinpi every week for more than half a year before the strengthening propagation.
The Lord’s Early Preparation of the Xinpi Meeting Hall: Due to the saints’ loving offerings to the Lord and His preparation in the environment, a suitable location was purchased near the township office in Xinpi Township last year. Renovations were completed before the strengthening propagation, and even many residents around the meeting hall expressed their appreciation and welcome. We see that the Lord has truly blessed the preparation of this meeting hall.
Prayer burdens include three points:
Pray that saints from all over Taiwan would accept the call as families, migrating to Xinpi for propagation.
Pray that 100 open contacts, including familiar friends, new believers, and believers awaiting restoration, would receive continuous shepherding and perfecting.
Pray for the establishment of a strong testimony in Xinpi Township this October. (Huang Enxin)
流泪撒种欢收割，圣徒同心奏凯歌
凤山金银宝石队
2024年4月23日到4月28日，有一群福音大使，带着「马路三宝」—《人生奥秘短讲卡》、《福音单张》、《儿童品格营邀请卡》穿梭在凤山区镇北里的大街小巷中。虽然连日来大雨不断，但浇不熄我们福音的热火，殷勤出访，亲切地向人传讲并带人祷告与呼求主名。到小学、幼儿园门口邀请家长带孩子来参加「儿童、幼儿排」，好得着青职的家，也用台语诗歌接触年长者传唱救主耶稣。
感谢主！我们打了美好的仗，竭力奔跑了赛程。「流泪撒种的，必欢呼收割」（诗一二六5）达标了成立中山大区第五区。主日一同欢聚时，赞美声四布、见证感人，也顺利得着了三个幼儿排家长，在周五晚上八点或周六下午四点共有七个家把孩子带来参加聚集，并有七位福音朋友受浸主，尚未受浸但已呼求主名者超过20位。
这次的开展让我们经历了主的奇妙带领与祝福，祂使无变为有。在这些被主得着的幼儿家长是藉由同心合意祷告而来，受浸的朋友有的是多年接触迟不受浸的，经由圣灵感动而突破。同时也借着我们的前去配搭，挑旺了圣徒们福音的灵焚烧起来，为此我们献上赞美与感戴，荣耀归神，阿利路亚！（刘嘉雄）
三多队福音开展队
感谢主使我们有分为期一周的福音开展。这次密集五天的开展，使我们全队充分经历那灵的加强，特别是周二晚上集中的祷告事奉聚会，使我们得着身体的扶持和供应，而满有力量。我们将看望名单写在黑板上代祷，并安排时间看望。而过程中我们能配合当地圣徒的需要，用各样的智慧，竭力将人带到基督面前。以下是全队开展蒙恩的记要：
一、先成为活力人，后带出活力的行动：借着每天早上的晨兴、祷告与团体的追求，队员们先在新盛街会所一起晨兴，祷读经节及纲要，再一起读信息内容。藉此被那灵充满。再到同庆路会所交通，由辅训排定时程分组和圣徒去看望。也在会所附近散发单张，若是反应良好，就约来参加周六福音聚会。周六福音聚会前，大家都满了负担，甚至准备福音信息到忘了吃晚餐。
二、与当地圣徒配搭，一同有分开展：在福音的事上，我们和当地圣徒一同配搭。因需往返住宿及开展地，更由当地圣徒轮流开车接送我们。也感谢三多、中正、文化大区的弟兄姊妹，和我们一同加入这周实习开展，从我们编组成军，定时祷告、提名祷告开始，就扶持我们，帮助我们。天天与我们同心合意，一同争战。你们在主里面的劳苦，不是徒然的。
三、开展使平日的训练与操练更为落实：虽然我们都受了成全如何传福音，但在实际的经历中，可能因为不够老练，仍然需要辅训帮助。可能因着几回被人拒绝，自己就瘪气了。借着这次在福音聚会中，将平日的训练，实际的应用，使我们经历不信靠自己，而信靠主。周六晚上福音聚会，由当地圣徒带诗歌，由四位姊妹轮流作蒙恩见证，最后由队长作福音短讲并由我呼召受浸。会后留下来的福音朋友，共同陪谈，虽然没有人受浸，大家仍然满了喜乐，将荣耀归给神。
四、结语：感谢主，这次开展，配搭圣徒有54人次，福音记名的有5人，受浸了4人，牧养了6人。虽然得救人数未达预定目标，但大家经历了身体的配搭及福音的负担。最后将福音记名单里的人，移交给当地召会，继续接触和看望。就如哥林多前书三章六节：「我栽种了，亚波罗浇灌了，惟有神叫他生长｣。愿一切的荣耀都归给神。（廖乃为）
新埤队
我们为着主在屏东县新埤乡4月23至28日的开展赞美祂。壮年成全班学员来加强开展前，名单上已有20位圣徒与熟门朋友。开展五天中，来配搭的圣徒共262人次。累积福音名单93位，其中有7位可持续福音家聚会，5位受浸，共牧养了20位。末了在新埤的主日聚集中，有9位本地圣徒和福音朋友参加。
蒙恩主要有三个点：
一、圣徒们见证基督得胜：弟兄姊妹见证，他们在开展中经历到，争战的兵器，本不是属肉体的，乃是在神面前有能力，可以攻倒坚固的营垒。
二、众召会同心合意配搭：高雄、屏东、潮州、内埔、麟洛等召会，不辞路远，前来挨家挨户传福音牧养人。其中有弟兄姊妹，在加强开展之前，以周周在新埤，传福音牧养人半年多。
三、新埤会所主早已预备：因着圣徒对主爱的奉献，和主环境中的预备，去年在新埤乡就已在乡公所附近，购置了合适的据点。在加强开展前就已装修完成，甚至会所周围有许多的居民对此会所表示好感和欢迎。我们看见主实在祝福此会所的预备。
代祷负担有三个点：
一、为台岛各地有圣徒以家为单位接受呼召，移民新埤开展祷告。
二、为100位敞开对象，包含熟门、初信、待恢复信徒，得到持续的牧养和成全祷告。
三、为今年十月新埤乡成立刚强的见证祷告。（黄恩信）
