The Hong-Hu District midweek perfecting was held every Friday morning from September 15 to December 8, 2023, at the Hong-Hu Coordination Center. The average attendance was about 90. This semester’s curriculum continued from the previous one and was updated into three sections: the weekly Morning Revival message guidance, class-based seeking, and shepherding practice.
The first section included a bird’s-eye view demonstration of the weekly Morning Revival message, guidance on the daily key points of truth and experiences, and a demonstration of the summary. The aim was to help the saints prepare for the speaking in the Lord’s Day meeting, so as to enrich the supply of the Lord’s Day meeting. The transcript and video recording of the weekly perfecting were uploaded to the Hong-Hu District Church Life Information Network for the saints of each meeting hall to access. This perfecting helped the saints to be more active in speaking in the Lord’s Day meeting. They no longer spoke according to their inspiration but were able to enter into the key points of the truth of the weekly Morning Revival message and have the proper application.
The second section of seeking had three classes: Bible study, Witness Lee’s Collected Works, and spiritual magazines and newspapers. The Bible study class entered into the books of Ephesians and Philippians, strengthening the saints’ understanding of the Bible text and learning to enter into the inward revelation of the Scriptures, so that they could be constituted with the truth. The Witness Lee’s Collected Works class entered into volume 1 of 1970, especially perfecting the saints to see the vision and principles of the New Testament ministry, so that the Lord would have a way to gain increase and expansion through the church. The spiritual magazines and newspapers class entered into The Way of Christian Maturity, leading the senior saints to establish small groups for seeking in the magazines and newspapers, and to be able to visit the senior saints’ homes during the week.
The third section of shepherding practice strengthened the saints’ enjoyment of the morning revival and established the morning revival network to expand the shepherding. According to the perfecting burden of that day, there was fellowship concerning the service of the meeting halls, so as to implement and spread the shepherding of the morning revival.
Through this semester’s perfecting, the saints’ enjoyment of the morning revival and the burden of shepherding were greatly strengthened. Originally, less than 70% of the saints had a morning revival life, but now nearly 90% of the saints participate in the morning revival and shepherding every week. Four meeting halls even have a number of people in the morning revival life that exceeds their base number. 第二段的追求有三个班：圣经研读、李常受文集与属灵书报。圣经研读班进入以弗所书与腓立比书，加强圣徒对圣经本文的认识及学习进入经文之内在启示的路，好被真理构成。李常受文集班进入一九七○年第一册，特别成全圣徒看见新约事奉的异象与原则，从而让主有路能借着召会得着繁增与扩展。属灵书报班进入『基督徒生命成熟的路』，带领长青圣徒建立追求书报的小组，并能在周间有挨家挨户看望长青圣徒的生活。
第三段的牧养操练，加强成全圣徒晨兴的享受以及建立晨兴网扩大牧养。每次根据当天的成全负担，有分会所的事奉交通，以落实晨兴的牧养与普及。
经过本学期的成全，大大加强圣徒晨兴的享受与牧养的负担，圣徒原本有晨兴生活的低于七成，目前已有近九成的圣徒周周有分晨兴与牧养，甚至有四个会所晨兴生活的人数超过基数。因着晨兴牧养负担的加强与普及，使得召会生活满有活力，聚会的享受丰富，使多数圣徒均回到实体聚会，召会生活人数繁增。
港湖大区特于十二月三日在信基大楼举行相调特会，有近千位圣徒参加，荣耀归主！
