A Report on 2023 Cairo International Book Fair,
January 24—February 6, 2023

The 54th annual Cairo International Book Fair (CIBF) was held in Cairo, Egypt, January 24 through February 6, 2023, and for the fifth year in a row the Arabic literature work in Egypt was able to present LSM ministry publications in Arabic openly to the public. The interactions with the public and the reception to the Arabic ministry materials were, by far, the best we’ve had since we began participating in CIBF in 2018. Read more…

A History of the Hymnal in the Lord’s Recovery

We in the Lord’s recovery treasure our hymnal. We use it throughout the week in various meetings and in personal times of fellowship with the Lord, but some among us may not be familiar with the fascinating and important history of how we got the hymnal that we hold so dear today. To know that history greatly uplifts our appreciation of the hymnal, the coordinated labor in the Body to produce it, and the preciousness of the hymns themselves. Read more…

Living Stream Ministry’s YouTube Channels

In 2021, Living Stream Ministry began to regularly use our YouTube channel, posting video messages given by Brother Witness Lee and programs from LSM Radio’s Life-study of the Bible with Witness Lee. It is our hope that through YouTube we can open another channel for distributing this ministry in a digital format, and we have been encouraged by the response so far. We have over 5,000 subscribers to LSM’s YouTube channel, over 200,000 views of our videos, and are seeing a consistent increase of both subscribers and watch hours. Further, nearly half of our traffic comes from viewers who have found us through YouTube’s recommendations. Read more…

The Vital Role of the Church Book Service

The book service in a local church plays a vital role in introducing the ministry publications to both believers and unbelievers by displaying the wealth and variety of the publications for both personal and corporate pursuit of the truth of the gospel. The thousands of books and tracts from Watchman Nee and Witness Lee published over the last 100 years have made and continue to make advances for the gospel of Jesus Christ and the building up of the Body of Christ on this earth.
