The phone calls by trainees you asked about are part of the ongoing effort of our outreach to Bible recipients of free NT RcV Bible. When the recipients requested the Bible, Bible for Europe told them about Amana Trust’s providing phone Bible study. After the pandemic started, these requests for Bible study surged to 25% of all calls. Full-time serving ones and volunteers in UK and Ireland signed on to shepherd these new ones. The 20+ trainees who remain in Bower House do the Bible packaging and a lot of the initial calls. Then they are farmed out to serving ones and volunteer saints to do the Bible studies.
