Psalm 133:
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is / For brothers to dwell in unity!
It is like the fine oil upon the head / That ran down upon the beard, / Upon Aaron’s beard, / That ran down upon the hem of his garments;
Like the dew of Hermon / That came down upon the mountains of Zion. / For there Jehovah commanded the blessing: / Life forever.”

Mount Hermon is a mountain cluster constituting the southern end of the Anti-Lebanon mountain range. Its summit straddles the border between Syria and Lebanon and, at 2813 m above sea level, is the highest point in Syria.

In Israel, Mount Hermon is the most northern point as well as the the highest point. Mount Hermon is home to the only skiing site in Israel. In winter, Mount Hermon is covered with snow, and packed with thousands of Israelis coming to see and ski the only snow they have in Israel.

詩篇一三三：『看哪，弟兄和睦同居，是何等的善，何等的美！
這好比那上好的油，澆在亞倫的頭上，流到鬍鬚，又流到他的衣襟；
又好比黑門的甘露，降在錫安山；因為在那裏有耶和華所命定的福，就是永遠的生命。』

黑門山在以色列北端，是美地最高的山，長年積雪，一直有水流流下，先經過加利利海，再流過約但河，流入南邊的死海，整個美地的主要水源都是靠著黑門山來的。頂峰海拔2813公尺，位於敘利亞和黎巴嫩。現今在以色列境內的最高點是2224公尺的米斯巴，也是以色列唯一可以滑雪的地方。
