Deuteronomy 8:6-10
“Therefore keep the commandments of Jehovah your God, walking in His ways and fearing Him.
For Jehovah your God is bringing you to a good land, a land of waterbrooks, of springs and of fountains, flowing forth in valleys and in mountains;
A land of wheat and barley and vines and fig trees and pomegranates; a land of olive trees with oil and of honey;
A land in which you will eat bread without scarcity; you will not lack anything in it; a land whose stones are iron, and from whose mountains you can mine copper.
And you shall eat and be satisfied, and you shall bless Jehovah your God for the good land which He has given you.”
The good land, the land of Canaan, is a full, complete, and consummate type of the all-inclusive Christ, who is the embodiment of the Triune God realized as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit, as the inheritance allotted to God’s people for their enjoyment.
『所以你要謹守耶和華你神的誡命，行祂的道路，敬畏祂。
因為耶和華你神領你進入美地，那地有川，有泉，有源，從谷中和山上流出水來；
那地有小麥、大麥、葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹；那地有出油的橄欖樹，有蜜。
你在那地不缺食物，你必一無所缺；那地的石頭是鐵，山內可以挖銅。
你喫得飽足，就要頌讚耶和華你的神，因祂將那美地賜給你了。』 申命記8:6-10
迦南美地，是包羅萬有的基督完滿、完整、終結的豫表；基督乃是三一神的具體化身，實化為包羅萬有賜生命的靈，作神子民分得的產業，成為他們的享受。
神經綸的目標不僅僅是救贖祂的子民，拯救他們脫離埃及所豫表的世界，更是要帶他們進入美地所豫表的基督，使他們可以據有祂，並享受祂那追測不盡的豐富。
