Re: International Thanksgiving Conference
Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:
We would like to announce that this year’s International Thanksgiving Conference will be held in Phoenix, Arizona from Thursday, November 23 through Lord’s Day, November 26, 2017. We would like to extend an invitation to all the churches and individuals to participate in this gathering.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
1st meeting: Thursday, November 23 …….. 7:30 PM
2nd meeting: Friday, November 24 ……….. 10:00 AM
3rd meeting: Friday, November 24 …………. 7:30 PM
4th meeting: Saturday, November 25 …… 10:00 AM
5th meeting: Saturday, November 25 …….. 7:30 PM
6th meeting: Lord’s Day, November 26 …… 9:30 AM
All the meetings will be held at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix, Phoenix Grand Ballroom, located at 340 N 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004 and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Please see the attached information regarding the details of the conference.
Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His purpose during this gathering.

Information concerning the
International Thanksgiving Conference
Phoenix, Arizona
November 23-26, 2017
- General: All conference meetings will be held in the Sheraton Grand Phoenix, Phoenix Grand Ballroom, located at 340 N 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004.
- Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.
- Lodging: Please refer to the enclosed Lodging Information Sheet for hotel rates and reservation information. A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We would ask the saints to only reserve rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that are released after the November 1st cut-off date will not be available to the saints at the discounted rate.
- Transportation: Please refer to the enclosed Transportation Information Sheet for directions from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
- Parking: There is discounted self-parking at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix for all conference attendees at $10.00 USD per car per day, with in and out privileges.
- Childcare:
Care for children from kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. Please register all children attending the conference.
The meetings of the conference will be broadcast live on the guest room televisions at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. There will be a viewing room available for parents to care for their pre-K children during the meetings of the conference.
Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

Transportation Information
From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX):
Sheraton Grand Phoenix direction: 5 miles West
Driving Directions: Head East on E Sky Harbor Blvd. Slight left toward E Sky Harbor Blvd. Turn left onto E Sky Harbor Blvd. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Downtown/I-10 W/AZ-51/Phoenix and merge onto I-10 W. Use the second from the right lane to take Exit 145A for 7th St S. Use any lane to turn left onto N 7th St. Turn right onto E Fillmore St. Turn left onto N 3rd St. The Sheraton Grand Phoenix is located on the right at 340 N 3rd St.

Taxi service is available from the airport to the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. Taxis are accessible from the following locations in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:
Terminal 2: east outside door # 8
Terminal 3: North curb, outside door # 7
Terminal 4: Level 1, North curb, outside door # 7 and south curb, outside door #6
Rates remain the same regardless of the Taxi service, number of passengers, and number of bags. The first mile is $5.00 USD. Each additional mile is $2.30 USD. The minimum fare is $15.00 USD.
Super Shuttle:
Super Shuttle services are available from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. Shuttle services are accessible from the following locations in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:
Terminal 2: North curbside
Terminal 3: South curbside
Terminal 4: Level 1, south curbside at Door 8
Vans operate 24 hours on a scheduled basis, with vans departing every 15 minutes from 9
a.m. to 9 p.m. Super Shuttle provides a customer service counter in Terminal 4 at Door 8.
Rates are zone based and typically range from $12.00 USD to $46.00 USD for the first passenger. Each additional residential passenger per reservation is $8.00 USD regardless of zone. Wheelchair-accessible vans are available by request. All major credit cards are accepted.
Phoenix Light Rail:
The Phoenix Light Rail service is available from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and stops at Central and Van Buren Avenues (3 blocks from the Sheraton Grand Phoenix Hotel). The estimated cost to travel from the airport is $2.00 USD. Fare may be purchased at any light rail station or online at http://www.valleymetro.org/.
