Burdens related to Europe (week of 20 August 2017)
1) Polish New Testament Recovery Version proofreading project
During the first week 35 saints served on proofreading and 10 saints served on practical support service. By the Lord’s grace and mercy, the first phase of proofreading (a one-week phase) was
finished a day and a half ahead of schedule. The atmosphere among the serving ones was sweet, harmonious, and jubilant. This week 26 saints are serving on proofreading and 12 saints are serving on practical support service. The tasks for this next phase are more complex and the laborers fewer.
Please pray for the Lord’s continued blessing on this project and for the timely completion of all the tasks for the best possible publication of the Polish New Testament Recovery Version.
2) Conference in Romania (1-3 September)
Please pray for the release of a timely word to meet the present need in Romania.
3) Printing of Bibles for Europe
Donations for future printings should be given directly to LSM and designated “Printing Bibles for Europe.” To download instructions on how to give to LSM, click on this link.
4) The Lord’s move in Germany
Please continue to pray for the emigration of burdened saints for the practical strengthening and building up of the local churches in Germany and for the labor on the college campuses. In particular, pray that the Lord will send an adequate number of experienced brothers who can provide leadership to the work in Germany. An application can be found on the Application page at www.lordsmove.org. Gifts to support the Lord’s move in Germany should be given to LME and designated “European Gospel Work.”
5) UK Building Project (London)

6) Continuing distribution of ministry publications and shepherding of seeking ones
Please pray:
- For the radio broadcasts in the UK and Spain and the continuing distribution of the New Testament Recovery Version and other free ministry publications in all the European languages.
- For the shepherding of the seeking ones and their entering into the church life.
7) The raising up of the Lord’s testimony in major cities in Europe, including Lisbon, Portugal; Krakow, Poland; Vienna, Austria; Sofia, Bulgaria; Thessaloniki, Greece; Zagreb, Croatia; Belgrade and Novi Sad, Serbia; Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland; Bilbao, Spain; Hamburg and Munich, Germany; and Tirana, Albania.
