TO: THE ELDERS AND RESPONSIBLE BROTHERS IN THE LORD’S RECOVERY RE: PURCHASE OF PROPERTY IN PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA, FOR THE LORD’S MOVE IN AFRICA

Over the past few years it has become increasingly clear that the Lord wants to move in an accelerated manner not only in South Africa but also in Southern Africa, and we believe for that matter, in the entire continent of Africa. A growing number of saints are attending the two annual national blending conferences held in Pretoria, including more and more brothers and sisters from neighboring countries such as Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Zambia and Angola. Moreover, we are having difficulty finding suitable venues for the student and high-school conferences and retreats, and there are additional needs, including the need for a proper distribution facility for the ministry books and material.

The present facilities in Pretoria are used by both Ministry of Life and the church in Pretoria and have been stretched beyond their limits. They are used for the two-year FTTP, the SA trainings for elders and responsible ones, the semiannual video trainings, the perfecting trainings, the student and high school workshops and retreats, Bible study meetings, all the other church meetings, a small ministry book distribution office, and a variety of ad hoc meetings and fellowship.

In order to enlarge our capacity, we and the brothers in the churches in Southern Africa have been praying much during the past few years for the Lord’s leading. The brothers in South Africa have also investigated numerous properties in and around Pretoria. This matter was also shared more broadly with the brothers in the Lord’s recovery at the ITERO in October 2016, and the brothers responded positively concerning our obtaining a property that could meet the needs mentioned above.

Recently, a property of about 17 acres (7 hectares) located in Centurion, a suburb of Pretoria, has been found that is in close proximity to the main access route to Johannesburg International Airport and also to other access routes from Johannesburg and surrounding areas. This property, which is not too far from the existing meeting hall of the church in Pretoria in Hatfield, carries a purchase price equivalent to about 2.5 million USD. The purchase date we hope will be at the end of August 2017.

We are now in the process of preparing an offer for this property. If our offer is accepted and we acquire this property, we will also need to develop the required infrastructure to meet the needs of the Lord’s move in Southern Africa and we would like to believe also for Africa as a whole.

We are requesting the support of all the brothers in praying much regarding this matter. At the moment we do not have the means at hand to purchase such a property, and we are proceeding in faith.

We strongly believe that acquiring this property and developing it according to the needs mentioned earlier will give the Lord an opportunity to strengthen the churches in Southern Africa specifically and to build up His Body in preparation for His coming back.

致主恢復中的眾長老和負責弟兄：

為主在非洲的行動於南非普勒托利亞購置土地的交通

已過數年我們益發清楚主要加速祂的行動，不僅在南非，也在非洲南部，更在整個非洲大陸。在普勒托利亞舉行一年兩次的全國集調特會，參加人數逐年增加，來自波札那、辛巴威、納米比亞、尚比亞、安哥拉等鄰近國家的弟兄姊妹亦越發增多。我們也不容易為大學和高中學生的特會及相調活動尋得合式場地；還有一些額外需要，例如需要合用的房舍，為發送職事書報和材料之用。

現有位於普勒托利亞的場地，由『生命職事』（Ministry of Life）及普勒托利亞召會共用，早已不敷使用。兩年全時間訓練、非洲南部長老及負責弟兄訓練、一年兩次錄影訓練、成全訓練，大學及高中聖徒專題及相調活動、讀經聚會、召會其他聚會、小規模的職事書報發行站、以及各種臨時的聚會和交通都使用這場地。

已過數年，我們和非洲眾召會的弟兄們，特別是南非的弟兄們，為著擴大我們的度量，有許多禱告，尋求主的引導。南非的弟兄們也勘察過普勒托利亞的多處土地。二○一六年十月的國際長老及負責弟兄訓練中，我們更廣泛的與弟兄們交通此事，弟兄們對於購地以應付上述需要的負擔都積極響應。

最近我們在普勒托利亞郊區杉球恩（Centurion）尋得一塊十七英畝（七公頃）的地，鄰近通往約翰尼斯堡國際機場的主要幹道，也靠近通往約翰尼斯堡及附近區域的聯絡道路。這塊地距普勒托利亞召會位於哈特菲爾德（Hatfield）的會所不遠，價格相當於二百五十萬美金；我們盼望於二○一七年八月底將地買下。

目前我們正在進行出價購地事宜。倘若賣方接受我們的出價，順利取得土地，我們就需要開始整建工程，以應付主在非洲行動的需要。

我們請求所有的弟兄為這事多禱告扶持。目前我們手中款項並不足以應付購地之需，我們乃是在信心中往前。

我們確信購置這塊地並照前述的需要進行整建，將使主有機會加強非洲眾召會，建造祂的身體，豫備迎接祂回來。
