Burdens related to Europe (week of 29 January 2017)
1) Beginning of the FTTL spring semester (6 February)
Currently, 36 trainees from 12 countries are expected to participate in the spring semester of the FTTL. Please pray for the perfecting of the trainees in their knowledge of the truth, their experience and growth in life, and their service to the Lord for His move in Europe.
2) FTTA Gospel Trips to Europe (19 January—2 February)
Please pray:
- For the follow-up of the seeking ones who were contacted during the trips
- For the safe travel of the trainees and serving ones back to their home localities
3) The Lord’s move in Germany
Please pray:
- That the Lord will burden more saints to offer themselves to serve in Germany both short term (one month or more) and long term (for several years)
- That the door will remain open for the full-timers to obtain visas to labor in Germany long term
- That the Lord will have a way to gain university students in Germany
- That the Lord will continue the shepherding and perfecting of those who were saved in 2016
4) Completion of the New Testament Recovery Version in Polish
Please pray that the translation, editing, typesetting, proofreading, and printing will be completed in 2017 and that the Lord will create a hunger in the Polish-speaking people for His interpreted Word.
5) The Lord’s move in Krakow, Poland
Please pray:
- That the Lord will provide housing for the full-time serving ones near the entrances to the university campuses (one flat near a university entrance has been rented)
- That the Lord will gain His chosen and seeking ones and that a golden lampstand will be raised up as the testimony of Jesus in Krakow in 2017.
6) UK Building Project (London)

8) Continuing distribution of ministry publications and shepherding of seeking ones
Please pray:
- For the radio broadcasts in the UK and Spain and the continuing distribution of the New Testament Recovery Version and other free ministry publications in all the European languages.
- For the shepherding of the seeking ones and their entering into the church life.
9) The raising up of the Lord’s testimony in major cities in Europe, including Lisbon, Portugal; Krakow, Poland; Vienna, Austria; Sofia, Bulgaria; Thessaloniki, Greece; Zagreb and Split, Croatia; Belgrade and Novi Sad, Serbia; Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland; Bilbao, Spain; Hamburg and Munich, Germany; and Tirana, Albania.
