(20) Sweden – 2017 FTTA Gospel Trips Report and Prayer Burdens
On Wednesday 1/25, we were able to have a few appointments with some new ones from KTH University. Three days ago we met a Christian exchange student from the University of Texas- Austin. We had lunch with him on Wednesday and he was very open to hear about the Witness Lee and Watchman Nee ministry. We also had an appointment with a young girl who recently graduated from high school. On Wednesday night, we had a pizza party to share with the local saints our enjoyment. One of the students we met from the university in a foreign exchange student who is a Christian. He came to the meeting and asked if we have this meeting every week. We are praying that these new ones would become remaining fruit.
On Thursday 1/26 we began our labor in Uppsala. The church in Uppsala is small with 13 saints meeting together since 2012. The town is Uppsala has a large campus, the University of Uppsala, with 40,000 students. The saints shared how they are burdened for all the local saints to participate in Bible distribution on Lord’s day afternoon. One sister shared how she believes that if all 13 saints could go together on Lord’s day, this would subdue the atmosphere in Uppsala. The saints currently have 10 new ones that they are laboring on after meeting them through Bible distribution. May the Lord gain His increase in Uppsala.

Prayer burdens
- That we will meet with the exchange student from Texas again on Monday before we leave Sweden
- The Lord would burden some to serve full-time in Sweden
- The Lord would release the city permits in Uppsala for the Bible distribution for Lord’s day afternoons and that all the saints would be released to join this time.
