Notification of 2016 October LMA Fellowship

To: The responsible brothers in the churches in Asia
We would like to announce the dates of the upcoming fellowship regarding the Lord’s move to Asia. The fellowship will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 18 October, 2016 and conclude at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 20 October, 2016. The fellowship will be held at Eden Residence at Jalan Bunga Kertas, Batu 14 Puchong, 47100 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
We look to the Lord for much prayer and fellowship concerning the specific burden of the Lord’s move to Asia and the coordination related to this move. We anticipate that through this time of blending, all the churches in Asia will be brought into the one accord in the fellowship of the Body of Christ for the increase and spread of His testimony in Asia. Through this fellowship we desire to give the Lord an unhindered way that the gospel of the kingdom might be preached in the whole inhabited earth and more church trees would be planted for the establishment of the kingdom of God.
Registration qualification: Responsible brothers in the churches and all other saints who are presently actively serving in the churches. All saints who wish to register for this fellowship must be recommended by the church.
Registration fee (per person) FOR ALL OVERSEAS PARTICIPANTS:
Accommodation at the Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel
This includes accommodation of 2 nights (18 & 19 October), 2 breakfasts at the hotel, 4 meals and refreshments at Eden Residence (18 October dinner, 19 October lunch and dinner, and 20 October lunch), airport transfer to and from the hotel and transport to and from Eden Residence. Extra-night stay at the Hotel after the event is US$80 per room.
The hotel rates quoted above is a special rate. Availability of rooms at this rate is limited. Thus the registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Later registrants, even though within the deadline, may not necessarily be put up in this hotel. Therefore please confirm your registration and payment as soon as possible, as this will help us to serve you better.
Visa:
For information on tourist visas, please visit http://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/main-services/visa. A passport valid for at least six months is required for visa application.
Translation:
Those who need translation into English or Chinese must bring along their FM radios, headsets and extra batteries. There is no on-stage translation. For other languages, please make the necessary arrangement of translators, radio transmitter etc.
Airport Transfer Service:
Please complete the transportation form accurately if you need airport transfer service. The airport transfer service only includes pick-up from the airport to the accommodation you register for the LMA fellowship and the drop-off from the Eden Residence (by the end of last session) to the airport. If there is any flight delay or changes after your first registration, it is your responsibility to inform us via email or the brothers in-charge of this event.
Weather:
The average temperature for October is 23-31 degree Celsius (73-88 degree Fahrenheit). Please check the weather forecast before coming. Umbrellas are recommended.

Lord’s Move to Asia
二○一六年十月份主在亞洲的行動交通通啟
亞洲眾召會負責弟兄們主内平安：
我們在此宣佈要來的二○一六年主在亞洲的行動交通日期。此交通將於二○一六年十月十八日（週二）晚上七時三十分開始並於二○一六年十月二十日（週四）下午十二時三十分結束。交通將於馬來西亞梳邦再也的伊甸園 (Jalan Bunga Kertas, Batu 14 Puchong, 47100 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia) 舉行。
我們仰望主，藉著許多的禱告與交通，帶進主在亞洲的行動的具體負擔並此行動中的配搭。我們期盼藉著此次的相調，亞洲的眾召會在基督身體的交通中被帶進同心合意裏，為着主在亞洲見證的擴增與擴展。藉著這樣的交通，我們渴望讓主有毫無阻礙的出路，使國度的福音傳遍整個居人之地，栽種更多的召會樹並使神的國度得着建立。
報名資格：眾召會中的負責弟兄以及目前在召會中積極服事的聖徒。所有欲報名參加此交通的聖徒必須經由召會推薦。
報名費用(每人) ：

這包括十月十八和十九日兩晚的住宿、在酒店的兩個早餐，在伊甸園的四餐及茶點—（十月十八日的晚餐，十九日的午餐和晚餐，以及二十日的午餐）、機場至酒店以及酒店至伊甸園的來回接送。會後每晚額外的酒店住宿費用是每房美金八十元。
以上的酒店價格乃屬於特價。因著此特價的房間有限，惟有那些先報名者將優先獲得入住此特價的房間。那些即便是在截止日期之前但卻是較慢報名者，也不一定能入住此酒店。所以，請儘快確定你的報名以及付費，這將有助於我們對你們有更妥善的服事。
