Important Announcement Regarding the Current Situation in Europe 歐洲現況之重要報告

To the churches in the Lord’s recovery:
In early September a number of brothers, aware of the mass human migration out of the Middle East into Europe, were enlightened by the Lord to realize that this was not merely the result of human tragedy, but rather, a divine opportunity arranged by the Lord’s hand. A couple of weeks later, a number of these brothers met to consider and fellowship concerning the situation with some Arabic-speaking brothers, who had been closely following this situation from the Arabic perspective. The decision was made to assemble a small group, eight brothers, to go to Europe and scout out this situation in which millions are fleeing their war torn countries.
During the recent ITERO in Brazil, one of the brothers who participated in this scouting trip gave a report to the international co-workers in attendance. A summary of this report is that many of these refugees are young, educated, and open to receive care and even the gospel. We feel that a proper, coordinated work among them could lead to the raising up of many churches in Europe. Also, a video of some of the brothers’ contact with the refugees was shown. The feeling was that the burden would be shared as follows:
1. Living Stream Ministry would produce the necessary publications,
2. Rhema Literature Distributors would help oversee the free mass distribution of literature in Europe, and
3. The Lord’s Move to Europe (LME) and Amana Trust in London would coordinate for the direct contact
and follow-up.
While much more prayer and fellowship are needed in considering the details of a response, at least two needs have been clearly manifested.
First, there is a need to find willing brothers and sisters who have some knowledge of the truths of the Lord’s recovery and at least some knowledge of Arabic and Farsi. There is a need for simple translation related to communicating with contacts via a website or email (see below). There is also a great need for more skilled saints for the translation of literature—tracts, booklets, books, etc.—for both free mass distribution and eventually publications for young churches. A number of Arabic publications for both the gospel and new believers are already being prepared.
If anyone has some ability in Arabic or Farsi and is burdened to participate, they should email their name, contact information, some indication of their proficiency in Arabic or Farsi, and the name of one of the elders in their locality to Anaheim@lordsmove.org.
Second, a web site is being set up so that the seeking contacts (who have smart phones, tablets, etc.) can request one or more of the following:
1. Personal prayer concerning whatever may be weighing on their hearts. For this, we would like to find brothers and sisters who are willing to set aside definite times to pray for them.
2. Gospel or ministry literature. This will be supplied by Living Stream Ministry in coordination with Rhema Literature Distributors and others.
3. Personal contact. This personal shepherding will require volunteers and will be coordinated by Amana Trust in London and the Lord’s Move to Europe.
If anyone has the burden to pray faithfully, they should send their name, their contact information, and the name of one of the elders in their locality to pray@aidmyfreedom.com.
May all the saints and the churches bear this burden in oneness and in prayer before the Lord so that we will have His clear leading and blessing.
