Welcome to the registration website for the European Young People’s Conference, which has been held every year since 1995 in Małe Ciche, southern Poland. On this site you will find all the information concerning the conference as well as the registration portal. Please read through everything carefully!

The purpose of this conference is to provide an atmosphere of truth, love, blending, and enjoyment that imparts light and life, and builds up and inspires the young people to consecrate their lives to the Lord and take positive directions in their Christian walk. Young people from all over Europe will attend, with some invited from outside Europe to extend the scope of the blending. Our hope is that we all would develop a sense of mutuality, and receive the spiritual energy, strength, and motivation to live for the Lord and His recovery. The conference lasts for six days and has a set schedule, including meetings and some outdoor activities. We will stay in guest houses in the small village of Male Ciche, close to the town of Zakopane in the foothills of the Tatra mountains in southern Poland.
Children’s and Parent’s Conference
This year there will also be a conference for children and parents, which will run concurrently. The purpose of this will be for the parents to get into the fellowship regarding raising up the next generation for the church life, and for the children to be with other children from all over Europe. Children ages 4-12 may attend the children’s conference. Space will be provided where parents can care for younger children. Please follow this link for more information.
Practical Service
There is also a great need for brothers and sisters to serve as workers in the many activities which are carried out during the course of the conference. No prior experience of serving with young people is required. The ability to coordinate with others is needed.
Registration
All registrations from all countries should be made through this website by filling in and submitting the online form. This refers to young people, serving ones, helpers, and also families and all other saints. All saints who wish to join the parents’ and children’s conference should also fill in the online form. The only exception are families living in Poland, whom we would ask to make their own arrangements as previously.
After you have submitted your application form, you will hear from your local coordinator to confirm that you have been accepted. Please refrain from making travel plans and paying until you hear from him or her.
The registration deadline is 1st June 2015.
Your registration is not complete until we have received both your registration form andyour payment. Both registration form and payment have to reach us by 1st June to complete registration. If your payment reaches us after this date, a late fee of 35€ / £30 / 120zl / $45 will be charged.
