Hallelujah for this past weekend! We had the one of the highest numbers of students that we’ve ever had at this fall conference. 477 in all, including 318 students, checked in. Furthermore, there were 13 baptisms on the Lord’s day afternoon, one of the highest numbers we’ve had at a fall conference.
The Lord’s anointing was truly with all the speaking of the messages, which, I felt, went very well together, were practical, and gave the students many handles on continuing in the jubilee in their daily life. The exercise of the spirit was pretty good. The responses of the students were very solid and on point.
The Saturday afternoon fellowship on Being a Friend for the Gospel also seemed to be helpful. I know it was a highlight for one of the students that rode back with me from the conference.
I thought Engedi did a great job with such a large number of us. There were a few minor glitches but overall things went very smoothly. The brothers on setup did a great job fitting all those chairs in the gym.
Brothers, please add in anything I may have missed.
Hallelujah for the Jubilee!!!
