To facilitate the registration process, we appreciate your adherence to the following guidelines:
IMPORTANT:  Because of the increasing number of students at these conferences, we are asking the localities to register no more than 1 non-student for every 2 students that come. Non-students include full-timers, trainees, and community saints. We can make exceptions to this general rule with fellowship. Please coordinate together with the saints in your locality to determine who should go to the conference to accompany the students. Consider such factors as shepherding, rides, and finances.

Please do not register High School students for this conference. High school seniors will be encouraged to attend the conference next spring.

All students must register through the locality with which they desire to be lodged.

Registration is full time only. We ask all part-time attendees, who because of valid reasons can attend Saturday only, to register when they arrive at the conference. Let us work together that this rule would not be unnecessarily abused.

Much grace to all the saints,

The Registration Team
