Information concerning the
International Chinese-speaking Conference
Taipei, Taiwan
February 21 – February 22, 2015
1. General: All conference meetings will be held at the No.1, Jingmao 2nd Rd., Nangang Dist., Taipei City 115, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
2. Translation: There will be translation into English and other languages as needed. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.
3. Registration: All attendants of the conference should complete their registration by November 30, 2014 according to the following guidelines:
a. All saints attending the conference should be registered corporately by churches, regions, or countries. Application by individuals will not be accepted.
b. Hospitality during the conference and church visitation arrangements will be available to believers only. Gospel candidates invited to the conference should make their own arrangement for lodging.
c. Hospitality arrangement will be made during the conference for February 20 through February 23 (four days and three nights). Church visitation trips will be arranged in two periods: Period One—February 17 through February 20 (four days and three nights); Period Two—February 23 through February 26 (four days and three nights). Those who arrive early or depart late should make their own arrangement for transportation from and to the airport and for lodging beyond the periods mentioned above.
d. Church visitation trips will be arranged by the church in Taipei. Those who are registered for church visitation will be assigned to visit churches in Taiwan in various groups.
e. Each overseas registrant of the conference should submit a donation of $100 USD (which would cover hospitality during the conference). This donation is not refundable.
f. Each registrant for the church visitation trip should submit a donation of $150 USD, which is not refundable.
g. Registration should be made corporately by churches, regions, or countries:
(1) Online registration: Please visit http://www.icsc2015.org/ and complete the registration procedure accordingly.
(2) Paperwork registration: Please submit the complete list of registrants to the church in Taipei.
