2014 Fall FTTA MA in Anaheim – Register no later than August 4, 2014.

The FTTA-MA is a one-year program, and all classes are designed with a full year in view in two 15- week terms. The coming fall term of the Middle-age Training will begin onSeptember 1, 2014 and will conclude on December 13, 2014. Saints may attend the training on a short-term basis. The minimum period required for short-term is one week. The classes are given in English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish languages. We hope that many saints in the Lord’s recovery will seize this opportunity to be perfected. All applications must be received by the Middle-age Training office no later than August 4, 2014.

To Register for Full-Term: Fax, Email, or Mail

1. Read all the information on this website carefully.

2. Download the announcement letter, application form, health questionnaire form and physical examination form.

3. Fill out application form and submit to your elders for recommendation and mailing.

4. Fill out the health questionnaire form.

5. Major medical or valid travel insurance, which provides coverage while trainees are in Anaheim must be in place before they arrive for the first day of the training.

6. Submit all health related forms and screening results via email, fax or mail (seecontact us).

2. Fill out the application form. Please mark clearly how long you are planning to stay.

3. Submit the completed application form to your elders for recommendation and mailing.

4. All short-term trainees who will attend the training for one month or longer are required to submit all health related forms specified under “Medical Requirements”.
