PRAYER FOR THOSE CONTACTED IN WINTER GOSPEL TRIPS

The 2014 winter gospel trips to 19 target cities concluded on the month of Feb. In two weeks, visiting teams and local saints distributed over 6,500 free copies of the New Testament Recovery Version and ministry books by Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. They also passed out over 17,000 gospel tracts and BfA brochures and met nearly 2,000 people interested in further contact. They carried out seminars, follow-up appointments, and home visitations to shepherd the many open people they met. The labor in caring for these people will continue in the coming months.

In every city, saints met open and hungry ones. In Fargo, North Dakota, the team met one gospel friend who could not wait for his almost daily appointment with the brothers. He even brought a friend to their Saturday night Bible study, saying she “had to read this Bible!”

In Omaha, Nebraska, one student proclaimed, “I give the rest of my life to Christ,” directly after his baptism. In an appointment, a busy graduate student told sisters, “I have been so anxious recently, but every time I’m with you guys I have so much peace and joy.”

Please continue to pray for these cities and for the many people in them who need shepherding and care. May the Lord thrust out workers into His harvest!
