we gathered together at “Abraham’s River” to baptize a young brother. He is a real river crosser, a Hebrew. His old life of slavery and usurpation by the enemy was buried in the flood and he crossed over to the other side to follow the Lord into the good land, the all-inclusive Christ. This is the same brother whose boss, two weeks ago, wanted him to work from 8am to 10pm during this special time; but “The God of the Hebrews said, Let my people go…” (Exodus 9:1).
That evening we heard a presentation by the local brothers on the strategic function of the church in relation to this part of the world, the “Mediterranean Rim”. It seems that geographically and strategically, God’s enemy has locked down this part of the world with a dark mixture of politics, culture, and religion 全文
